Initial meeting at your property to discuss your requirements allowing me to provide a fee quotation advising of the best way forward. The work is broken down into simple work stages as follows:
Stage 1 – Measured survey of the property.
Stage 2 – Scheme Design – Preliminary proposals illustrated.
Stage 3 – Planning Stage – Production of drawings and details sufficient to lodge planning application.
Stage 4 – Building Regulation application – Production of drawings and details sufficient to lodge Building Regulation application.
